1/2 a year and more fun everyday!

Tylita is already half way through her first year. I can't believe how much she learns everyday and how observant she is. I am trying to remember to do sign language for her for certain key words and she watches everything my hands do.
She is quiet the little bulldozer. While laying on her back she rolls only to her left so we put her at one end of the room and toys scattered everywhere and she rolls from toy to toy leaving the others behind. Her favorite toys seem to be a frog (much to my delight), and her rubber blocks. Reaching for her blocks is what interested her in rolling over in the first place. She has been able to pick them up and turn them around in her hands for a couple of months now but they are still very interesting. Recently she has learned that while chewing on it she can squeak her gums on them, furthering the nickname Squeaker!
Dancing has become her trademark with me. Whether she is on the ground and movin' and groovin' her body back and forth or she is dancing in our arms she really likes to sway with the music (sometimes there isn't music going, but she is still rocking like there is) it is super cute. She has a rythum all her own that I hope she keeps.
Anyway how is that for an update! Hopefully there is more to come soon!
